CRUSH THE BUG
Duo / Clown Theatre
Two clowns try to do Metamorphosis (Franz Kafka, 1915).
Do you ever forget what you're doing? Are you incapable of completing tasks because you keep getting distracted? When is the last time that you read a book? If you want ANSWERS to these questions, WE CAN HELP. These two clowns will try their very best to explain everything. Unless THEY get distracted. Which is, of course, very unlikely. They're professionals.
Two clowns attempt to stay on track as their attention spans wane and their curious minds wander. A piece of theatrical madness unfolds — will they remember which story they are trying to tell? Or what is actually meant to happen in said story? Probably not.
A new comedic work created by award-winning theatre makers and clown husbands Sean Burnett Dugdale-Martin and Daniel Nodder. These award-winning fools have concocted a show about metamorphosis, confusion, technology, and humans' great capacity for distractedness.
